What I do
Product design for B2B software: SaaS surfaces, dashboards, distribution platforms and internal tools.
Services
Research, interface and build, aligned so the thing that ships is the thing that was designed.
The whole product surface: new versions, legacy rebuilds, and the multi-role systems where permissions and edge cases carry more weight than layout.
Reporting screens that answer a question instead of displaying every metric available, for SaaS products and internal tools alike.
Order entry, buyer portals and back office for distributors, where the real competition is a chat thread at nine at night.
Admin panels, operations consoles and processing screens, where the return is measured in staff hours rather than conversion rate.
Also
I still build marketing sites, usually for the same kind of business: custom WordPress or Webflow, hand-coded rather than assembled in a page builder.
What they cost is in what a custom website costs, how long they take is in how long a website takes, and the platform question is in WordPress versus custom code.

Years designing and building
The process
Both halves are design work.
Only one is visible in a screenshot.
Four stages / eight to twelve weeks
Stage / 01
Discovery. Watching people use what exists, mapping the process as it is actually run including the spreadsheets beside it, and agreeing what success gets measured in.
Stage / 02
Structure. Flows and states, starting with the awkward ones: empty, error, partial, and far more data than anybody demoed with. No visual design until this holds.
Stage / 03
Interface. High fidelity screens for every state, the component decisions that make the rest of the product cheaper to build, and a spec engineers can work from.
Stage / 04
Build. Either I build the front end or I sit next to the engineers who do, because the last ten percent is where a design quietly gets compromised.
Most engagements open with an audit, which tells you whether the problem is design, engineering, or a process nobody has written down. The third is more common than people expect. Rates for each stage are in what a UI/UX designer costs.
Send me what the software does, who uses it, and what is going wrong.
I am based in the Philippines on GMT+8, working with teams in the US, Australia and Asia. If a project is not one I am right for, I will say so.
