Seems ironic how my profession involves creating modern and complex websites, yet I have a blog that literally uses the default theme of WordPress.
I only have one plugin so far, and that’s Yoast SEO, obviously for SEO purposes.
But other than that, I don’t have any content rather than the posts I’m writing.
It’s good to retreat sometimes.
Going back to the basics.
Finding where I’m lacking.
Finding the flow.
It’s truly liberating to just let out all of what’s on your mind.
I used to install a lot of plugins when I build a website, Elementor, Astra, Custom Post Types, ACF fields, you name it.
But now, I decided to start with the basics and let my writing flow out.
It’s exciting.
